Practice
Megan joined Paine Edmonds as a paralegal in 2018. She is a Designated Paralegal to partners Stephen Lloyd and John Hyde, working in insurance litigation, disability, employment, and wills and estates. She also works with Jimmy Peterson in the family law department. She has assisted with Supreme Court of British Columbia trials in multiple practice areas.
Megan also enjoys attending mediation to assist in resolving files outside of the courtroom.
Prior to her career in law, Megan worked as a Registered Nurse.

Personal Notes
Outside of work, Megan is an avid equestrian. In the rare moments that she’s not at work or riding her horse, she enjoys going for brunch with friends, attending concerts, and cheering on the Canucks.
Megan is proficient in French and enjoyed studying French literature during her undergrad at UBC.
