Garrett joined Paine Edmonds as an associate in 2021, after completing his articling program with the firm. He has a varied litigation practice, which includes personal injury, insurance defence, employment, business, and wills and estates.

Personal Notes
Garrett was born in Vancouver and grew up in Surrey. As a lifelong athlete, he was fortunate to be able to play junior hockey in the interior of British Columbia, prior to attending university. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at UBC, Garrett moved across the country to Halifax to pursue his Juris Doctor degree at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University.
During law school, Garrett was an active member of the Dalhousie community, participating in and helping to organize numerous social and recreational events, including captaining the school’s championship winning Law Games team in 2018.
Outside of the office, Garrett enjoys staying active in the gym, participating in rec league hockey, and learning new songs on the guitar. He is also a long-suffering Vancouver Canucks fan.
